Information We Receive

When you submit the RFQ or Contact form, we may receive your name, company, business email, country or market, product model or category, estimated quantity, target devices or application, customization requirements and message content.

Hosting and security systems may also process technical data such as IP address, browser or device information, requested URLs, request time and security events. Business correspondence may contain information you choose to provide after the initial inquiry.

How We Use Information

• Review and respond to product, sourcing and quotation inquiries.
• Confirm models, quantities, target markets, compatibility, customization, packaging and documentation requirements.
• Communicate about samples, quotations and project follow-up requested by the sender.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot and maintain the website and form service.
• Keep business records and meet applicable legal or security obligations.

Basis for Processing

Depending on the applicable law and the context, processing may be necessary to take steps requested before a business contract, support legitimate business and security interests, meet legal obligations, or rely on consent where consent is required. Submitting an RFQ does not register you for marketing messages.

Service Providers and International Processing

We use service providers for hosting, content delivery, website software, security and email notification delivery. These providers may process limited information needed to provide their services. Google Fonts resources are currently requested from Google domains, which can receive ordinary connection information such as an IP address and browser request details.

Website and email service providers may process information in locations outside the visitor’s country. Where applicable law requires safeguards for a transfer, the responsible parties should use an appropriate legal mechanism.

Retention

• RFQ and Contact form submission data: 3 years.
• Business email correspondence: up to 5 years.
• Server and security logs: according to the hosting or service provider’s default retention policy.
• Information may be retained longer when reasonably required for an active transaction, dispute, legal obligation or security investigation.
