Website Scope

The website provides general information about charging products and supports wholesale, OEM, private-label and related business inquiries. It does not provide a public consumer checkout commitment, and submitting an RFQ does not create an order or require ChargerNext to accept a project.

Product Information

Product names, images, specifications, dimensions, compatibility, configurations, documentation and availability are general information until confirmed for a specific model and written quotation.

MOQ, sample availability, lead time, price, packaging, customization, testing and documentation are project-specific. Confirm intended devices, destination market and required approvals before placing an order.

Quotations and Project Agreements

Commercial commitments should be stated in the applicable quotation, pro forma invoice, purchase order acceptance or other written agreement. If those documents conflict with general website information, the project-specific written agreement controls for that transaction.

OEM, Private Label and Customer Materials

You should provide logos, artwork, specifications and other materials only when you have authority to use them. Feasibility, production method, color, placement, packaging, documentation and approval samples must be confirmed for each project. You remain responsible for the rights and accuracy of customer-supplied materials.

Acceptable Use

• Do not interfere with website operation or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not submit unlawful, infringing, malicious or misleading material.
• Do not scrape, reproduce or reuse website content in a way that violates applicable rights or law.

Intellectual Property

Website text, images, layout, branding and other content may be protected by intellectual-property rights. No ownership is transferred merely by viewing the website or submitting an inquiry.

Availability and Responsibility

The website may be updated, corrected or temporarily unavailable. General website information should not replace product testing, engineering review, legal advice or destination-market compliance work. See the Disclaimer. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Website Terms are governed by Hong Kong law. Subject to any mandatory law that applies, disputes concerning these Website Terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
